My Artistic Journey

Art has always been a significant part of my life in one form or another. I've always been interested in weird shit and exploring the world from an alternative lens. Over the years, I've experimented with various mediums and topics, including ceramics, collage, interior design, color theory, painting, and digital design. I frequently study art and history in my spare time, to feed my curiosity and enhance my ability to express myself.

Bewildering Walls started as an Etsy shop. I chose the name because of my interest in surrealism. I believe that looking at art on the wall should leave the viewer bewildered by what they see and feel. Bewildering Walls has since grown into a vast community of art enthusiasts and artists from all over the world, both online and in person.

Open a 24-hour coffee shop: I envision Bewildering Walls as an inclusive space where customers are surrounded by art. I see it becoming an inspiring atmosphere for people to work and study at all hours of the day; while enjoying coffee and snacks.

Host an annual Dia de los Muertos gathering: I began celebrating Dia de los Muertos after my grandmother passed away. It has become a cherished tradition for me ever since. I dream of celebrating our ancestors with our art friends too. We can enjoy delicious food, celebrate our families and famous artists, and participate in creative costume contests.

My vision of success is about continually creating new things from old materials. I believe every experience holds potential for knowledge or inspiration. Even setbacks can spark new ideas and opportunities. You never start from scratch; you always build on where you left off, using your knowledge and experience to grow.
